## Rental terms

- Price: €120–320 per dress for a standard 1–3 day rental; weekly rental at individual pricing
- Ball gowns: floor-length ball and debutante gowns cost €150–320; dresses at €120–140 are short evening dresses, not suitable for balls
- Included in the price: dress, jewellery, clutch bag, gloves, accessories, professional dry cleaning
- Fitting: free; try on as many dresses as you like; takes 40–60 minutes
- Alterations: light alterations (waist cinching, hemming), confirmed at the fitting
- Booking: 50% prepayment of the rental cost reserves the dress
- Deposit: refundable €200–300, cash only, paid at handover, returned when the dress comes back in proper condition
- Payment: cash, Apple Pay, credit/debit card
- Return: by 12:00 on the last rental day
- Delivery: event-day delivery and pickup within Vienna, €15 per trip (one way); rental without a fitting is possible
- Damage: minor damage — cost of repair; serious damage — full replacement value
- Add-ons: makeup and hairstyling available on-site, bookable with the fitting
- Booking lead time: at least 5–7 days before the event recommended, more during ball season (January–February); last-minute rentals possible if the dress is available
