Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 50% of the dress value. Returned immediately upon return in perfect condition.

Rental Period

Standard rental is 1–3 days. Weekly rental available at individual pricing. Return by 12:00 on the last day.

Dry Cleaning

Professional cleaning after each rental is included in the price. Every dress is always perfectly clean and ready to wear.

Alterations

Light alterations — waist cinching or hemming. Confirmed at your fitting appointment.

Delivery

Courier delivery within Vienna. Nationwide shipping available — without a fitting.

Damage Policy

Minor damage — cost of repair. Serious damage — full replacement value of the dress.

How It Works

  1. Browse the catalogue or contact us for personalised assistance
  2. Book a fitting — free of charge, via the form or by phone
  3. Fitting & alterations — arrive at the agreed time, bring appropriate undergarments
  4. Sign the agreement — pay the deposit and rental fee
  5. Take your dress in its garment bag, return on time and clean
  6. Deposit refund — we inspect the dress and return your deposit the same day
